With deep expertise in jail reform and reentry, Glover draws on both personal experience and work in the field to share practical strategies to improve outcomes for justice-involved individuals. His work focuses on strengthening pathways back into the community, advancing rehabilitative jail practices and building trust between systems and the people they serve. The conversation will also highlight local efforts to expand civil citation programs and address the harmful cycle created by unnecesary arrests for low level misdemeanors.
